• Do I get a certificate after each CPD course?
  • Yes - you get a certificate after each course, so that you can keep track of what courses you have completed.
• Do I get access to all CPD courses with your subscription, or do I have to buy them individually?
  • Our sizing runs from XXS to XXL. We have a handy size guide tailored to each item on the product pages and images of all our models wearing different sizes in the collection. Every model is wearing their regular size. Most pieces can be worn in smaller or bigger sizes depending on how you want them to fit but if you have any questions about sizing just email us and we can help!
• Is the CIMA subscription per paper, or will I get access to all papers?
  • If your order has not yet synced with our warehouse, we can try to cancel it. Please send us an email right away to [email protected] or chat with us via the website to check if this is possible. Please note that if your order has already synced with our warehouse, we unfortunately can no longer make any changes to it. This includes changing sizes, items, cancelling, or changing the shipping address. Please check that the item(s) in your cart and your shipping address are both correct before ordering.
• Is the ACCA subscription per paper, or will I get access to all papers?
  • Please email [email protected] right away. If your order hasn’t been shipped there is a chance that we can change it but it’s not a guarantee. If it has been shipped you will need to get in touch with our shipping services to change your address and redirect your package.
• What is the average pass rate when studying with Learnsignal?
  • Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number – please use this to track your order.
• Does Learnsignal include everything I need to pass my exams?
  • Please make sure that you have chosen the correct website to shop from in the country menu before you start shopping. Please note that you should choose the European Union if your country is an EU member country. If your country is located in Europe but not a member of the European Union, please pick Worldwide. For example, Switzerland is located in Europe BUT is not a member of the EU – pick Worldwide. The reason for this is different shipping options, tax, etc..
